Returns & Refunds

At Brush Theory South Africa, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of mind:
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Defective or incorrect products:
If your product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) remain fully protected, including applicable rights to a repair, replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for change-of-mind purposes, to the extent permitted by South African law. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing times.
