Shipping Policy

At Brush Theory, we aim to get your order to you safely and efficiently.

Delivery Time
Orders are estimated to arrive within 8–11 business days from the date your order is processed.

Courier Services
Orders are delivered using trusted courier partners, including Aramex and The Courier Guy. A tracking number will be provided where available.

Delivery Delays
While we work to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery period, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Brush Theory will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by South African law. We will, however, reasonably assist customers in following up with the courier where necessary.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.
